Connectibility Test
You have just tested your hotComm connectibility. You should see the results in a small window to the left of this page.
If the small window:
- Says Congratulations!, that means that enough outbound ports are open that you can connect with other hotComm clients. However, if hotComm does not go online at all, contact 1stWorks Support.
- Says Problem!, that means that all your outbound ports are blocked. In this case, configure hotComm Preferences to Proxy mode and connect through our Proxy Server. Note that hotComm Lite cannot connect through the Proxy Server at this time.
- Does not appear at all, then there may be a temporary problem with the test. Please let us know. Thank you!
To return to the Try / Buy page, close the test results window, and use your browser Back button.
