How do I get the hotComm DL software?
hotComm DL is a system, not specific software.
You can use any of the hotComm Windows clients to join a hotComm DL classroom. We recommend that students use hotComm Lite (click here to download) and that instructors use hotComm CL (click here to download).
If you are setting up a Virtual Campus or Training Center -- establishing rooms on your own servers -- then download hotComm Standard/Pro (click here to download) and configure it as a Content Relay Server. Please see information about Content Relay and Panelists in our online User Guide.
For your supporting IT and Help Desk staff, we recommend hotComm Standard/Pro (click here to download) so they can visit multiple classrooms. Optionally, they can upgrade it to hotComm Support Pro, which allows remote control of other computers.
hotComm Lite connects to any Class. Select Run or Open, not Save.
