Playback Audio Recording

To play an audio recording, look in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. You may have a shortcut to the T'SCRIPTS (or hotComm transcripts) folder on your desktop. Or, you can open the folder this way:

  1. Click your Windows Start button.
  2. Select Programs or All Programs.
  3. Select 1stWorks Corporation.
  4. Select the folder for your product: hotComm or hotCommLite or hotCommCL.
  5. Select View Transcripts.
  6. Right-click on the name of the audio file and select Open with, and select a media player. That starts the media player and plays the audio file.

The recording is a WAV file, with a name that indicates the session, date and time of the recording. You should be able to play it with any standard media player. Try double-clicking the file name, which may automatically start your default media player.

Recording Format

The recording is in the PCM WAV format.

Maintain Library

The recordings are stored in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. To see the list of files in the T'SCRIPTS folder, right-click the A-in-a-circle button and click Maintain Library.
