Whiteboard

The WhiteBoard opens a hotWeb window with a white background, with the Selections Toolbox attached. To use the WhiteBoard, select White Board from the View menu. Or, click White Board icon in the top toolbar (if you do not have the top toolbar, click View, then Toolbar). |
You can mark-up the WhiteBoard with the tools in the Selections Toolbox.
You can take screenshots of the marked-up Whiteboard and save, post or email them using the options in the Collaboration Menu.
Room Size Limitation (confirmed 11/14/07):
- The Whiteboard feature is disabled if there are more than 10 public users (non-moderators/non-presenters) in a room. If there are more than 10 users, the Whiteboard may appear briefly and then disappear.
- The Pointer tool in the Selections Toolbox is disabled if there are more than 4 public users in a room.
