Collaboration Menu

The Collaboration Menu is part of the hotWeb window. The WhiteBoard, webpages pushed from the hotWeb toolbar, and files drag-and-dropped into the room all open in the hotWeb window.

The Collaboration Menu includes options for controlling collaboration, sending screenshots of the markedup content, and for turning the Selections Toolbox of mark-up tools on and off. By default the Selections Toolbox is turned on, and Exclusive Control is checked.

11/14/07 - The hotWeb window was originally designed for interactive collaboration between participants, although it is primarily used now for presentations rather than editing by multiple people.
