I don't see Application Data, is it hidden?

Because "Application Data" is a hidden folder, you may need to "Unhide" it in order to see it. To unhide it:

1. Open Windows Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select Classic view (or switch to Classic View)
4. Select the Folder Options icon
5. Select the View tab
6. Under Advanced Settings, Hidden Files and Folders, check "Show hidden files and folders" option.
7. Click Apply, then OK
8. If you want to get out of Classic View, click Control Panel Home (or Switch to Category View) in the left column.

How do I make a Shortcut to the files?

The installation typically creates shortcuts on your desktop to the T'SCRIPTS and UPLOADS folders, which contain the transcripts, recordings, and graphics created during the session. To make your own shortcut:

1. Right-click in any empty space on your desktop, and select New, then Shortcut
2. For "Type the address of your location", click Browse
3. Double-click My Computer
4. Then C:// driver or local drive
5. Then Documents and Settings
6. Then All Users
7. Then Application Data
8. Then 1stWorks
9. Then your hotComm product name
10. Left-click on the folder name (such as "T'SCRIPTS")
11. Click OK
12. In the "type the address of your location" screen, click Next.
13. Type a name for the shortcut (such as hotComm T'Scripts), and click OK.

Repeat for any other folders that you want.
