(This will install an alt. rev. that works on ANY
version of Windows inc. Windows 11)
Once you have hotComm CL reinstalled to refresh the
audio/visual & network drivers, close OUT of the
hotComm CL APPLICATION entirely & revisit this page
to get the NETWORK INSTANT CONNECTION, (look
halfway down the page for the icon with blue/red/gold
colors), d/l & install the *.zip file, double left click to OPEN
the *.zip file and then right mouse click the small blue
*.VBS file contained within the ZIP folder & select, 'OPEN',
& be prompted to 'OPEN' again. Once you have the new
'hotComm Quick Connect Client' on the desktop, double
click it & get INSTANTLY connected to our network. Once
hotComm says you're 'Connected — Online Direct or the
headset to the left of your PC's clock has turned
RED/BLUE, delete the yellow desktop shortcut for
hotComm CL & (you only need to do this one time), for all
future events start the hotComm CL 'Quick Connect
Client' ALWAYS in advance of clicking the 'Join Event' link
you have in Email to ensure smooth/easy connection on
all versions of Windows.
