I was introduced to the hotMeeting online services from 1stWorks on Friday (8/22/03) of last week. We had your system up and running by Monday (8/25/03) morning. Wow!!, was this an easy process. Many thanks.

We originally wanted to add a remote presentation service because we found that customers were having difficulty using our trading programs. I made a few calls to customers that were having difficulty understanding our platform and within minutes they were able to log into our room and we were able to show them how to use the program(s) as though we were right next to them.
