I wanted to let you know that we are having excellent results demonstrating and training our speech recognition software for people all over the US by using hotComm. We find that getting them "connected" to our systems is quite simple. Generally, it takes less than a couple of minutes to establish the connection and start the sessions, if the person is capable of starting their browser, they can connect to us !

I was introduced to the hotMeeting online services from 1stWorks on Friday (8/22/03) of last week. We had your system up and running by Monday (8/25/03) morning. Wow!!, was this an easy process. Many thanks.

We originally wanted to add a remote presentation service because we found that customers were having difficulty using our trading programs. I made a few calls to customers that were having difficulty understanding our platform and within minutes they were able to log into our room and we were able to show them how to use the program(s) as though we were right next to them. They could not believe how great this idea really was. As a result, they are trading today now that they understand how to use our platform.

We then sent out an email telling our prospects about how they could log in and view our trading platform real-time.
