How do I buy a hotComm Lite license?.
For prices and online purchasing, see the Buy Now! page at the 1stWorks website (www.hotcomm.com).
When you purchase, you will get a 24-character Unlock code that is posted on a Thank you! page after you purchase, with a copy sent by email (it will go to the email address you give when you purchase). You type or paste the unlock code into your hotComm Lite software according to the directions that come with the unlock code.
It says my trial is expiring. What do I do?
That means you already used the one free trial that is included automatically in a hotComm Lite install.
If you need a trial extension in order to try this room, please contact the GFXpremium staff. Or, click Help, then About hotComm Lite, then Ask Support a Question, and tell us that you want an extension in order to try GFXpremium.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Standard?
Yes. See Upgrade from Lite to Standard, and the related Upgrade Tips.
Can I copy my license to another computer?
You can export a copy of your license from one computer and import it into other computers. Then you can use hotComm from any of those computers (one at a time) See 1 License, 2 Computers.
Also, whenever you put in an unlock code, hotComm automatically makes a backup of your license and registration that you can import. Contact hotComm Support if you want instructions.

To connect with hotComm Standard, click the green icon in front of relay9 in your Users List (if you don't see a Users List, click View, then Users List).
