1stWorks' hotComm and IM-Live peer to peer technology to be integrated with Morningstar Systems' Knowledge Management solutions.

an emerging leader in secure peer to peer connectivity, announced today that it has signed Morningstar Systems
as a 1stWorks Integration Partner through a license for its hotComm suite of products.
Morningstar Systems, a Collaborative Systems consulting company, delivers enhanced Knowledge Management solutions
to Government agencies and Global 2000 organizations in North America and Europe.
Under the agreement, Morningstar Systems will assist with the integration of hotComm, with its dynamic peer connectivity
technology, into the Knowledge Management solutions it supplies to clients seeking to capture, distribute and leverage
corporate knowledge. hotComm will be integrated into Morningstar System’s Web Based Collaborative Knowledge Management
solutions, a framework which helps companies quickly identify, prioritize and communicate their Knowledge management
initiatives.
