Transcripts include text messages and references to files, screenshots and sounds. Voice communciations are not included in transcripts.

	To save a transcript of the session contents, select Save Session from the Top Toolbar. The session is saved as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file, with a filename extension of .hcs.
	To email a transcript of the session to someone, select Email Session Transcript from the Top Toolbar. An email message is created in your default email application. The session contents are sent as text in the body of the message, or as an attachment in Rich Text Format (RTF) file. To select the RTF format, select Preferences (the Wrench button) from the Middle Toolbar, and under Email Transcript, check Send as RTF attachment.
	To print a transcript of the session contents, select Print from the Top Toolbar. Note that you can use other buttons on the Top Toolbar for Print Preview and Page Layout prior to printing.
