Use the Selections Toolbox to select color, line width and other characteristics of the mark-up.

To select a color, click a color button.

To select a line width and font size, either:

The Size affects both Solid and Text.

Solid
|
To draw solid lines, click the Solid button. Then, position your cursor on the spot where you want to start the line and drag to the end of the line.

Right-click, and move your mouse. The straight line follows your mouse as the radius of a circle. Note: the radius appears black until you release the mouse. |

Text or Nametag

To enter text, click the Text button. Position your cursor on the spot where you want to start the text, and type. |

To add a name tag, click the Text button, position your cursor on a spot, and right-click. Your hotComm Display name appears. |

Pointer
|
| To use a pointer, click the pointer button. The pointer displays the selected color and your hotComm Display name. |

Rectangle or Frame
|
To create a rectangle or a frame, click the Rectangle button.
For a solid rectangle, also click the Solid button.
For the selected color, use a left-click mouse action. For the opposite color, use a right-click mouse action.
