How to Setup a Room

Decide what Room name and password you would like to use and determine the approximate number of attendees that will be using the room for a meeting.

Contact your 1stWorks sales or support representative with this information. A Host name and Room name will be provided to you. Your password will be set by 1stWorks.

Pick a room name that represents it's main purpose e.g.

Please check with your internal PC support person if you need assistance in determining whether your PC is configured for hotComm.

Most PC's will work with hotComm. Internet connection speeds will determine the performance of your session.

 

 

 

 

Click on the Connectibility Test link to determine if your PC has Internet ports available for hotComm.

hotComm can function in several modes.  However,

if your outbound Internet ports are blocked, hotComm will not work.
