hotWebThe hotWeb window opens when you send (or receive) web pages through the hotWeb toolbar and when you send (or receive) files through the Message Entry Panel. When you receive a file through hotWeb, it is automatically opened in the hotWeb window if you have an application associated with the filetype. Use the hotWeb File menu to save or print hotWeb contents. Use the hotWeb Collaborate menu to co-navigate, co-edit, and mark-up files and web pages.
Send FilesTo send a file, drag the file from Windows Explorer or other file manager program into the Message Entry Panel (the area under the Middle Toolbar). See Drag-and-drop Files. You can send any type of file this way. Share hotWeb FilesWhen you make a file available to sesssion peers, the file is immediately placed in the My OutBox folder of each peer participating in the session. Click the File Sharing Session OutBox tab to quickly see the folders for session peers.
